The treatment center tour allows children and teenagers to experience what a cancer treatment center is like under the guidance of a trained professional, without actually having to visit one.
WonderVR® Funeral Home Tour
The WonderVR® Funeral Home Tour is a therapeutic tool for professionals to use as they support and prepare children and teenagers for funerals. The VR Funeral Home Tour includes the script and supplemental activities to extend and reinforce aspects of the preparation process. This tool helps include children in the funeral process. Through allowing them to choose how they want to participate in the funeral process, they feel valued, are provided time to connect with others who are grieving and can gain a sense of closure.
WonderVR® Hospital Tour (Coming Q1-2024)
The hospital tour will support children as they prepare to visit their parent in the hospital. The tour will showcase key areas inside a hospital, introduce medical team members, typical medical interventions involved in a hospital stay, and detail what a visit may look like for a child. Throughout the tour, ideas to foster family coping and connection will be highlighted.
